Grupo Intercom is the leading group in Spain for the creation and development of internet businesses.
Founded in 1995 in Barcelona, Grupo Intercom has more than 10 years experience in the New Technologies sector, creating more than 25 Internet businesses most notably Infojobs.com, Softonic.com, Emagister.com, Noticias.com and a large number of other niche businesses.
The group has been characterised from the outset by its constant quest for technological innovation and its capacity to lead profitable projects in a diverse range of sectors. It currently has more than 325 employees and a turnover of around €30 million with a profit of around €10 million.
The first online business developed was Noticias.com, a digital editorial about Information Technology which was then followed by Softonic.com, a site for downloading software. InfoJobs.net was created in 1998 with the aim of creating an online employment network that optimizes both the process of selection for businesses and the search for employment by the candidates. Since then it has established itself as the site most used by small and medium enterprises in Spain thanks to its speed, convenience and the price of its recruitment system.

SoloStocks.com then appeared in 1999 as one of the first wholesale trade channels aimed at businesses. In 2000, InfoAvisos.com was created, a company specializing in the development of applications and services via the mobile phone and Emagister.com, a comprehensive directory of existing training and educational courses.
During 2001, Acambiode.com was developed as a site to facilitate the exchange of products and services between businesses and professionals, Cosasdebarco.com, a leading directory in the Spanish marine industry and MailxMail.com, site offering training via email. 2002 saw the creation of MiParcela.com, a tool for searching building plots in sale across Spain and TuPatrocinio.com, a site for both companies willing to sponsor and entities seeking sponsored funds for their projects.
In 2003 Neurona.com was launched, allowing its users to create and enhance their own network of personal and professional contacts. In 2004 TiendasEnLiquidacion.com was formed as a service orientated towards shops that needed to liquidate stocks and buyers interested in acquiring products at attractive prices and then Buyacom.com, designed to network the supply and demand for the sale of companies via the internet. 2004 also saw the international expansion of some of these businesses: InfoJobs launched in Italy as Infojobs.it, with more than 1.000 employment offers and Softonic was launched to conquer the German market operating in a market of 50 million German-speaking internet users.
In 2005 Parabebes.com, Infoelder.com, Niumba.com, Enalquiler.com, o Enmiciudad.com were all created in the classified sector and in 2006, other niche market sites such as MundoMudanzas.com, Unaplauso.com, GuiaDetectives.com and Agenciasymudanzas.com were also launched.
Yumping.co.uk
Yumping.co.uk is part of an international internet company specializing in adventure sports.
Created in Spain in 2009, Yumping.com was the first of both websites to emerge and it now has 125 000 users and receives over one million webpage views each month and 7000 requests for information each week. These figures continue to grow day after day and it is now the leading website in its sector in Spain.
2010 saw the launch of the website in the UK and experience has shown that Yumping.co.uk is guaranteed to have the same favourable outcomes. We also expect more launches in a number of different countries in the coming months in order to offer our great service to more Brides and Grooms around the world.
