Abseiling is a great personal challenge, but it is all in your mind. The good thing about this is that people of all ages and abilities are able to push themselves to the limit. The days event involves walking and bounding backwards down a rock face or from the old railway viaduct deep in the heart of the Peak District in Millers Dale found on the Monsal Trail. Controlling your descent until you reach terra firma safe and sound.
