Maximum Adventure Sports UK Archery is a fun outdoor activity sport for all ages to enjoy. The aim of archery is to mark one of the coloured rings featured on the specially designed archery target. Each ring carries a particular score, and in order to win you must score the most points by marking as many rings as possible. The inner ring, known as the bull´s eye, carries the most points and is therefore the most difficult to target!

We use modern archery equipment, but the sport itself is ancient! You are probably familiar with archery thanks to Robin Hood and his infamous archery talents. It was the skilful use of the longbow during the Middle Ages that secured a special place for archery in English history.

At Maximum Adventure Sports UK Archery, our archery sessions usually last from a 1 hour lesson to a complete day course, depending on your requirements. You will start with a practice session in order to develop your technique, followed by an archery competition to bring out your competitive side. You are welcome to compete individually or with others.
