Welcome to The Cardiff Outdoor Activities Team Caving! Our fascinating caving adventures can be held in different locations in Wales, which boasts stunning areas for underground discoveries. Caving takes adventurers on exploration adventures into caves and crevices, opening their eyes to what is hidden under our feet!

Gearing their sessions towards young adventurers, our programmes strive to give adventurers a caving experience that will open their eyes to the geology around while complimenting education and helping individuals improve and grow socially, mentally and physically.
