Description of Ibex Outdoor Climbing
Licence Nº not provided- Introductory Course: The perfect introduction to the sport, which covers equipment, technical and physical skills, different sectors of the sport, history and etiquette.
- Improver Course: This course builds on our introductory course, developing movement technique and technical skills in line with your experience.
- Technical skills: This course introduces basic ropework systems, focusing on the skills required for you to be able to ‘go it alone’ in a suitable single pitch climbing environment.
- Multi-Pitch Guiding: Guided rock climbing for those who have attended a Multi-Pitch Introduction or have equivalent experience.
- Learn to Lead: You will be introduced to the skills and systems needed to lead routes.
- Get Off The Ground: A course that combines all of our courses into a special weekly programme. It is designed to provide you with the skills and confidence you need to set-up and undertake single pitch climbs with similarly experienced climbers.
