Description of 2 Hour Canoeing Experience the Stort
Whoosh Explore Canoe Club offers a two hour taster session learning to paddle either a canoe or kayak on the Stort. Each experience includes paddles buoyancy aids and kayak or canoe. We meet at the get in point and unload boats from the trailer and then get you ready to paddle. We go over the safe way to get into and out of the boat and then give you a safety briefing on paddling as well as training for the basic skills.

How long the activity lasts
The session lasts for 2 hours on the water with about 15 minutes of setting up boats and equipment at the start of your experience and 15 minutes at the end of the session. Some lifting and carrying of equipment is required by participants.

We offer a morning and afternoon session. The morning sessions starts at 12:00, afternoon session at 1:00.
