Hitts Barton Equestrian is set in 100 acres of beautiful Devonshire countryside. Our horse riding facilities have a lot to offer such as:

  • Floodlit indoor arena with viewing gallery
  • Floodlit outdoor arena with show jumps
  • Local hacking
  • Transport and trailer hire
  • Cross-country course
  • Professional teaching
  • Competition hosts
We are a small but popular riding school that aims to have something for everybody interested in horse riding.

Our lessons and hacks are available for all standards of rider. After an initial assessment we will help you learn and improve you riding skills. Our hacks have become popular among students because you get to enjoy our beautiful surroundings whilst learning to walk, trot and canter.

We also run horse riding activities during the school holidays for younger riders. It is a great way to spend the holidays!
