Licence Nº not providedPoppyfield Equestrian is a BHS approved riding school. We are regularly inspected to make sure that we are reaching the high standards set by the British Horse Society.
Horse riding is a fantastic pastime that requires passion, drive and enthusiasm. We aim to make it available to everyone from small children to adults, whether you are a beginner or competition rider.
We offer horse riding lessons and treks in the beautiful surrounding countryside. We also offer livery services for those that require a home for their horse.
We have 16 horses and ponies that have been with us for some time and are well-schooled. You will be put at ease by their friendly temperaments.
You are also welcome to join our Pony Club, which aims to educated children in horse care via practical activities.
Our facilities include:
- 16 stables
- Wash box
- Tack room
- 25 acres of grazing land

I have been riding for 15 years at a number of different stables, and this is by far the best I have found. Everybody is so friendly, the teaching is excellent and I learn so much in every lesson. They have a good range of horses, catering for all ages and abilities of rider, and offer lots of other activities and events. I recently took part in my first one day event there, which was great fun. I would fully recommend it to any rider, beginner or experienced.View details from the feedback

i defiantly recommend poppyfields the horses are amazing the facilities are excellent and the staff are ffriendly and great teachers . i have learnt so much and the prices are great teachers:)View details from the feedback
