The White Horse Trekking Centre lies in the beautiful Wylye Valley between the open spaces of Salisbury Plain and the woods of the Great Ridge, providing the ideal setting for riding bridleways, unspoilt plain and ancient woodland.

We are BHS approved, open all year round and offer riding and instruction for individuals and groups from the young novice to the experienced rider.

Rides range from 2 hour hacks to an all day ride stopping at a pub for lunch; ask about our unique ‘leap frog’ rides for larger groups You can organise your own groups, whether like minded friends or a social outing from work. Don’t be deterred if you are an individual rider, many people have enjoyed our riding experience and met new friends at the same time – don’t be shy! - every one is welcome. We are in tune with the countryside and offer additional seasonal riding or alternatively you may wish to try some of our other activities. Whatever your capabilities we will create a memorable horse riding experience for you in our beautiful Wiltshire countryside.
