Deer Land is an established deer stalking business, owned by the experienced professional stalker Roger Buss. We intend to properly train hopeful stalkers in woodcraft, deer lore and culling techniques.

The required skills take time to develop, but the investment will be repaid many times over the years. We offer:

  • Affordable quality deer stalking
  • Specialise in the acquisition of sporting land throughout the country
  • Provide accompanied and unaccompanied stalking on various private estates
  • Hold Deer Stalking Level 1 training and assessment
  • Provide accredited witness statements for deer culled with us
  • Organise group shootings
  • Provide a membership scheme that allows our clients to enjoy deer stalking on a regular basis
  • Assist suitable applicants in acquiring their firearm certificate
Deer Land training courses are conducted in a safe and humane environment. If you have no previous hunting experience we recommend our introductory course, which aims to give you a complete background knowledge of wild deer stalking. You will be taught selective culling techniques and the subsequent dressing and inspection of the carcass for human consumption. Furthermore, we cover all the safety aspects stipulated by the British firearms and deer stalking laws.
