Woodmill Shootings offers sporting breaks and courses for people who enjoy shooting and deer stalking. We are located in Fife, Scotland and stalk the following species of deer:

  • Roe deer
  • Red deer
  • Fallow deer
  • Sika deer
Whenever and wherever you stalk with us, you will be accompanied by a qualified stalker at all times. We recommend that if you have never been hunting before, you should complete our beginner’s course in order to grasp the basics quickly. The beginner’s course has been especially designed for those who have no previous hunting experience and wish to learn about deer stalking in Scotland. The courses run from October until mid-March.

The course covers:

  • How to identify different species and their habits
  • Firearm safety and target practice
  • What you should wear
  • Fieldcraft and management
After completing Woodhill Shootings beginner´s course, you will be on your way to applying for the British Deer Society Level 1 course. We aim to share our passion for hunting and its unpredictability. Do not hesitate to contact us for further information regarding prices, etc.
