Enjoyment is central to everything the Mendip Outdoor Pursuits does; outdoor activities are great fun, that's why we do them. So much learning takes place while people are experiencing new adventures and challenges. People learn about themselves and others.

We make every event enjoyable and fun and a memorable experience ensures great memories of our outdoor activities that can stay with you for a long time. Our work´s objective to let people try new things. Safety is paramount to us but learning from experience and one's mistakes is what builds learning and great character.

Mendip Outdoor Pursuits offers a big range of activities, including:

  • Kayaking
  • Canoeing
  • Climbing
  • Abseiling
  • Caving
Nothing creates understanding like adventure and exploration. For many, our activities are not only new they are taking place in a new and unfamiliar environment. This gives great scope to see the world and people around you very differently. It also provides potent experiences from which great learning can take place.

Many of  Mendip Outdoor Pursuits clients don't have a specific educational agenda when they take part in our activities but a growing group of clients like schools have curriculum based objectives we can cover.
