Tim knows a thing or two about the outdoors. Having previously worked for the world largest adventure organisation, Outward Bound, he now runs Adventure Hebrides which has introduced hundreds of people to the possibiilties for excitement, challenge and fun on land and water.
He was the British representative in the 2003 Land Rover G4 challenge, a global adventure race that includes sections of running, biking and kayaking.
Through all of this, Tim has not forgotten what it is like to be a learner and has a great enthusism for teaching sport.
Tommy Cunningham
Tommy has been riding bikes for rather longer than he would care to remember. If you give him a chance he will regale you with stories of his cycling exploits round Glasgow when he was a young man. Make sure he makes you a cup of tea before he starts.
