Welcome to Dales Mountain Biking. We deliver:

  • Mountain bike courses

We are based in Fremington, the heart of mountain biking in the Yorkshire Dales.

You will benefit from our CTC qualified instructors and guides. They are adept at catering for all ages and abilities.

We offer a variety of riding skills training courses, which are structured to meet your needs. The courses include:

  • Back to Basics Riding Skills Day
  • Women´s Back to Basics Skills Day
  • Steep & Rocky Riding Skills Day
  • Speed & Flow Riding Skills Day
  • Jumps & Drops Riding Skills Day
We also offer a variety of guided mountain bike weekends, tours and breaks in the beautiful Yorkshire Dales, such as:

  • Tour of the Dales
  • Swaledale Guided Weekend
