Mountain and Water provides outdoor activities for all! We are surrounded by rugged sea cliffs, sandy bays, imposing hills, hidden waterfalls and crashing white waters. There is something for everyone.

The rich and varied landscape enables us to offer a variety of adventure sports including:

  • Archery
  • Canoeing
  • Caving
  • Hiking
  • Kayaking
We aim to provide a relaxed and environmentally considerate atmosphere, catering for individuals, families and social groups. Our expert instructors are adept at teaching all ages and fitness levels. We want to push your boundaries but you place the limit and dictate the pace.
