Rock and Ice is an outstanding company that over the last 17 has been gaining a great reputation for their climbing courses, along with scrambling and caving activities offered. Richard Hogan MIA has been instructing climbing for almost 20 years, so rest assured, you will be in excellent hands.

They personally tailor to each one of their clients so that you get the optimum climbing experience. They generally try to keep numbers down so that each person receives almost one-to-one training when it comes to more adventurous and serious activities.
