UK Parachuting is a 7 day a week all year round Skydiving centre with over 30 years of experience with a fantastic safety record in both Tandem Skydiving and Accelerated Freefall Courses.
We have two different types of skydiving and parachuting experiences available for the beginner here at UK Parachuting. The Tandem skydive, and Accelerated freefall courses all of which are a great experience and conducted within the safety parameters of the British Parachute Association (BPA).
Tandem Skydive
- Make a Tandem Skydive from 2 miles high! Securely harnessed to your tandem skydiving instructor, you will be in freefall for 50 seconds doing speeds in excess of 120mph for the first mile of the skydive before your tandem instructor deploys the parachute. Once the parachute has been deployed he will guide you through a 7 minute canopy ride before returning you safely back to terra firma.

- Thinking about a solo skydive? Our experienced accelerated freefall instructors will guide you through your ground training session in readiness for your first solo skydiving experience. An AFF skydive from 13,000ft will allow you to experience the freefall of 50 seconds before you pull you own parachute, and steer your way around the sky for 5 minutes before landing safely back on the Drop Zone. Once you then had the tasted the ultimate rush you can decide whether to continue and get your licence and become a regular club member.
