Description of Kent Surf School
Licence Nº not providedKent Surf School is run by Dan Chapman who started surfing Viking Bay Broadstairs in 1987. Taught the basics by local Legend Rick Beugg and starting on a surf ski Dan soon realised the potential of the Kent coast and within a season he progressed onto a surfboard. He has spent much of his time over the years traveling and as well as surfing most places in the UK Dan has surfed all over the world including many Indonesian islands, Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, California, Puerto Rico, The Canaries, France and Morocco. After all this there is nothing more he enjoys than a good surf at home. You will see him in the water most of the time there is a wave no matter what the weather or time of year. He has also taught skateboarding at Revolution Skatepark for years and has helped many to enjoy and progress in surfing.
