Details of Clackmannanshire Circuit by Bike
This circular route is easy to get to and from as its start (and finish) is the Alloa Railway Station. If you don´t come by train, it is quite easy to find parking close by. The total distance is 4 hours and 35 minutes, consists in 34,53km and it is an easy peddling route that everyone can do as long as they are in moderate shape.
We recommend a Mountain Bike or a hybrid for this route, not a road bike due to uneven surfaces.
On this trail you will cycle down the Devon Way cycle route and down the Gartmorn Dam which is car free. You will also get to see the historical Clackmannan Tower along the way!
Great year round as long as there is no snow or ice!
