Aims
In pursuit of this vision we aim to:
- Conserve species and their habitats, locally and globally.
- Further understanding and inspire care for the natural world.
- Share our knowledge including results from scientific studies.
- Understand our impacts and improve our environmental performance.
- Invest in individuals and communities
We employ over 150 full and part time staff from keepers to kitchen staff and gatekeepers to gardeners.
One of our top priorities is to cater for both the physical and psychological needs of the animals in our care.
Getting Around the Park Marwell Wildlife is set in 140 acres of beautiful Hampshire countryside, and your visit can be as relaxed or active as you’d like.
Road Train
Take a break and jump on our road train for a free 30 minute trip around the park. There are several drop off and pick up points along the way. The train stops at:
- Black Swan Pond
- Into Africa
- Tiger Junction
- Coati Roundabout
- Encounter Village
- Rhino Corner
