Description of Taurus Skirmishing

Welcome to Taurus Airsoft

We run Airsoft walk on days from our location at Woodshead Farm, Lauder, on the Scottish Borders. We run walk on airsoft events every 2 weeks, and we welcome all levels of airsofters, even complete beginners.

Our experienced team of marshalls are all passionate about airsoft, and will be on hand throughout the day to ensure fair and safe play, and will give you a full safety briefing before the game begins.

Our airsoft site provides you with both and indoor and outdoor site, so you can play with us all year round, and the following features:
  • The indoor facility is a 10,000 square foot farm barn, with barricades and obstacles
  • The indoor zone is suitable for the whole family to wait in, without getting cold
  • Fully covered zone with tables and benches for your comfort   
  • The outdoor zone is 45 acres of woodland for you to explore
We also have a snack bar which provides refreshments so you can refuel inbetween games.

Our equipment is to the highest standard and checked regulary to ensure safety. Our Site FPS limits are:
370 FPS for full auto AEG /shotguns and pistols
450 FPS single shot (locked) AEG "sniper" *
500 FPS bolt action rifles *

*Please note these weapons are subject to a 25 meter minimum engagement. All chrono to be done with 0.20g BBs with hop turned off. We will chrono all guns regularly to insure there are no hot guns on the field.*

*Please note the minimum age for this activity is 14, with a disclaimer signed by parents/guardian for those under 16*
