Welcome to Shenley and Loughton Toxophilists

We are an archery club based in Shenley, Milton Keynes, and one of the fastest growing in the area. We have all levels of archers in our club, and archery is a sport that everyone can learn. Most of our members use recurve bows, but some also use compound, longbow and traditional horsebow and barebow archers.

We welcome new members and can provide courses for beginners, where you will be able to learn and improve your skills with professional intructors before receiving a certificate allowing you to join the archery club.

Where we shoot

We have excellent shooting faciltiies at Shenley Leisure Centre that are available for use all year round, with a very large sports field for shooting in the outdoor season (mid April - mid October), and we shoot inside the rest of the year (mid October - mid April).

The club meets on Sunday mornings but club members have almost unlimited access to the field on evenings and weekends.

When we shoot

We shoot every Sunday 9:30am to 1pm for outdoor shooting and 2:30pm to 5:30pm for indoor shooting.
