We provide canal boat holiday hire from our base on the Monmouthshire and Brecon Canal, set within the Brecon Beacons National Park.We are are a family business and aim to provide you with a warm and friendly service and a relaxing and unforgettable canal holiday.

Our Location

The Monmouthshire and Brecon Canal is possibly the most beautiful and scenic canal in the UK.It is set entirely within the Brecon Beacons National Park, so you are surrounded by stunning scenery at all times. 

It is lock-free for 22miles, making it great for those who have never tried a canal boat holiday before. You will pass excellent pubs and restauants as you cruise along, and activities that you can stop off and try include pony trekking, fishing and wildlife spotting.

Your Holiday

We off a choice of start days and durations to give you more flexibility when planning your holiday. Don´t worry if you haven´t been on a canal boat holiday before, we will provide a full canal boat hand-over to ensure you feel confident and relaxed when you set off on your holiday. 

Our Boats

We offer the widest range of boats on the Monmouthshire and Brecon Canal, with 11 to choose from. Boat widths vary from 6ft 10ins, to 8ft 6ins and they can sleep from 2 to 7 people. 

All of our boats are fitted out to the highest standard and will be immaculately cleaned before your arrival. For those seeking a truly luxury canal boat holiday try our boat Owl, a wide beam boat with a hot tub/Jacuzzi, log fire and 5ft four poster bed on board, plus many other luxury extras.

Dogs are welcome onboard and there is no extra charge.
