Welcome to Mousa Boat Trips
We run boat trips from Sandsayre in South Shetland to the Isle of Mousa.
A boat trip to the isle of Mousa is an essential part of your Shetland holiday. It is a beautiful, uninhabited island where you can explore and admire the scenery and wildlife.
Mousa is a RSPB Nature Reserve and home to many birds, including the Storm Petrel.
The Mousa Boat sails daily from April to mid-September with no booking required, and our guided trips at dusk on our Storm Petrel boat sail twice a week from May until mid-July. Booking for these trips is essential.
The boat is able to seat 60 passengers and is fully equipped to MCA safety standards. It is also available for private charter.
