Sea Jay’s Solent Sailing School

Sea Jay´s Solent Sailing School provides sailing and powerboat courses and yacht charter hire. For the practical and theory classes, we give out: 

• RYA Sailing Courses: This is the ideal option if you want to be introduced to the world of sailing, just a complete course for beginners. You will explore all the basics of sailing, the rules and what to do at an emergency and tame the sea. 
• RYA Powerboat Level Two: This course provides to our customers the knowledge and skills required to run and conduct a Powerboat. The sessions include navigation, launch and recovery, driving at speed, boat handling and much more!

For the Yacht Charter hire, we offer two boats for you to choose, the Sea Breeze and Sea Lily, both 40th beauties. Each one is licensed to carry up to 8 persons. All necessary safety first aid kit, lifejackets, chart plotter and flares are included. 

At the end of each course, you will receive the (ICC), International Certificate of Competence. Then,  just demonstrate that you´re prepared and ready to show your new skills!

Minimum preparation, qualifications and certification are required to sail and helm the boats.
