The Red Rose Cave and Pothole Club is a caving club located at the gateway of the 3 Counties Cave System in the town of Lancaster. The club has around 200 members with a minimum age requirement of 18 for full membership. The three different types of memberships available are:
Members who are less than 18 years of age can potentially be accepted as probationary members and cave as long as they are accompanied by a parent or guardian. The Red Rose Cave and Pothole Club host caving meetings on weekends where expeditions are planned. Expeditions are planned to explore caves in places such as, Sardinia, Spain, the French Pyrennees, China, Mulu and Crete.
