Make sure you come eager to get involved and well-energised; the fun and action will continue all day, whether climbing or jumping over rocks, traversing different terrain, sliding down fun slopes and jumping into picturesque rock pools. This makes exercising more fun and exhilarating, with the added enjoyment of exploring new areas and discovering the hidden mysteries of Coniston.

We are the best hosts to guide you on this expedition from our base in Kendal, Cumbria; we have vast experience delivering outdoor activities across the Lake District; one of our leading instructors will put you at ease quite quickly with a warm greeting. We will provide a safety briefing and all the equipment needed to maintain safety throughout.

We advise you to bring a pair of laced shoes and swimwear to wear under the wetsuit as well as a change of clothes and shoes for afterwards.
