If you already have previous experience of climbing and are eager to take the next step, our rock climbing for improvers session is the perfect fit for you. It's the perfect combination of excitement, instruction and pure fun.

You can find us in Borrowdale, a beautiful place in the Lake District. We can take you to climb the most challenging yet beautiful cliffs and crags in the valley, or at other locations in the Lake District. Please be aware our rock climbing for improvers is for people who already have some know-how and skills!

The business owner is also the chief instructor. With over 30 years of experience, she knows how to deliver a rewarding lesson that will have you climbing confidently in no time.

Many aspects of climbing can be covered in the session and it’s up to you to decide what you want to work on. Treat it as a refresher session, a movement workshop, gain confidence with equipment or on the rock face, you decide. It's a 1:1 or 1:2 course after all!
