Here, Darren, an instructor of our team who is specialized in climbing and holds a Mountaineering Instructor Certificate (MIC) (safety and great lessons are important for us!) will welcome you and calm your nerves down before you all put the harnesses on and all the equipment that we will provide right after your arrival.
