Aside from the equipment, we provide expert instructors. They meet you at the National Trust car park in Langton Matravers and lead you to the clifftops, where the adventure begins.
You need a swimsuit, a pair of lace-up trainers and any drinks or snacks you want. This is a half-day activity and you’ll be active for around 3 hours without many opportunities to rest.
Everyone needs to be over eight years old and be able to swim.

This is a half-day excursion with a duration of at least 3 hours. Morning and afternoon options are available.
