Horse Trekking for Beginners at Bridge End for 1h

You can find countless options for trekking in the East Isle of Burra. We ensure you'll find something to fit you just perfect as you explore the stunning sceneries with a trekking session.

We run our rides for all abilities. We have three treks that are ranged in length. The shorter one will take you an hour to explore. It takes you to a hill where you can enjoy a spectacular panoramic view of the area. One of our friendly instructors will guide your tour.

We have a capacity for six people as we have six well-trained and behaved horses available. We allow two beginner-riders per session, meaning someone in the group will need previous abilities and experience. The minimum age to join us is twelve years old. However, if you have younger children with riding skills, they can be part too!

Our one-hour trekking session is available from May to September. Please know the weight requirements are 14.5 stones (92kg). We promise you'll have a delightful and unforgettable riding memory with us.
