Description of 1 Day Kitesurfing Course Essex
This is your introduction into the world of Kitesurfing with Adventure Kitesurfing Academy. This 1 day course will give you the foundation to enable you to set up and kite fly safely and with confidence on both land and water.
The elements of Day 1 course are as follows:
• Intro into kitesurfing
• Wind window
• Site assessment and safety
• Equipment introduction
• Pre flight checks and set up
• Launching and landing
• Bodydragging
• Water Relaunch
• Deep water self rescues and pack down.
At the end of a one day course you will know all about kitesurfing and how to do the basics safely. Your next step will be to introduce a board and get up and riding.

This is your 2 day BKSA introduction from Adventure Kitesurfing Academy into the world of Kitesurfing.Day 1 of the course will give you the skilsl and confidence for you to be able to set up and kite fly safely and with confidence.
Day 2 of the course builds on the knowledge and skills that you learnt on day one. Day 2 sees the introduction of the board and you will be able to get out on the water and ride!
By the end of the 2nd day you will be a competent kitesurfer and have an excellent basis to excel and progress!

Adventure Kitesurfing Academy offers this BKSA course which will have you kitesurfering as a competent and confident kitesurfer!Day 1 serves as brilliant introduction to the basics; Day 2 gets you out on the board and applying the skills learnt the day before and Day 3 Day 3 course builds on your knowledge and skills to get you kitesurfing independently.
By the end of day three you will have everything you need to know to get you out there kitesurfing and avoid the dangers and to progress on with your kitesurfing!
