You will depart from Whitehaven and then you will go through Lake District, Greystoke, Penrith onto the River Eden and Langwathby. Although we don't require you to be a cycling expert, we expect you to have skills and experience since this tour is graded as "Medium to Tough". A safety kit will be provided as well as a safety briefing. Qualified trainers will be travelling with you to assure you are safe while you ride your bike.
