Description of Fundamental Mountain Bike Skills Course
For people who have never Mountain Biked before, this is the course for you. To do this course, you must be able to ride a bicycle on the road, but you don´t need to have off road experience!

What does the activity include
You can bring your own Mountain Bike, or hire one from us - please let us know as soon as possible if you need to hire a bike!
How long the activity lasts
The course runs from 10 am to about 4 in the afternoon, a total of 6 hours.
