Also includes the entry into our venue, the full equipment hire, full insurance and hot lunch (note that all hot food needs to be pre ordered when booking). How does it work?
- Purchase the activity with Fixed Date.
- Get the activity with Open Date. You'll have 90 days to activate the date.
- Looking to Gift? You can send a Gift Voucher by Email or a Gift Box by Postal Mail.
What happens in case of bad weather?
Don't worry about the weather. If the provider cancels due to weather conditions or unexpected issues, you can postpone the date at no additional cost or receive a full refund.
What is the cancellation policy?
Fixed Date bookings are non-refundable, except in cases of bad weather or issues with the provider. Bookings without a date or for gifting can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
