Just because we’re a white water venue doesn’t mean that you have to go with the flow!
We offer you the chance to tailor a white water rafting experience to the needs of your group. This is the option for you if you want to ensure that all you party ride in the same raft, if you’d like your guide to take you on a more or less intense route, or if you’re bringing younger children, from the age of 10 years old, with you.
Our private sessions give you the chance to ride the Afon Tryweryn on your terms. This river in Gwynedd, North Wales, is the most reliably brilliant location for white water sports in the country.
Our private rafts can take between 2 and 5 people. They’re inflatable and equipped with safety features. We’ll kit you out with safety gear too - helmets and life jackets. You’ll need to bring your own wetsuits or hire them from us for an additional per-person fee.
We’ll complete either two or three descents of the river in this 1.5-hour session. Every member of the group must be capable of swimming 25 metres and the maximum weight is 115 kilograms - that’s 18 stone.

How long the activity lasts
This is a ninety-minute session, for which you’ll need to arrive thirty minutes early.
When your activity starts and finishes
Our availability depends on water releases from the dam. After you select an available date, we’ll let you know when the possible session times are.

Fixed Date bookings are non-refundable, except in cases of bad weather or issues with the provider. Bookings without a date or for gifting can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
