We open our sessions with a complete briefing and instructions from one of our instructors, who will supervise the entire session. We also supply all the equipment. Please allow 2.5 hours of your day to have a fun day on the river.
The minimum age to participate is 13+ years old, suiting our session for groups with a minimum of eight participants. It's the perfect activity for stag and hen parties, birthdays or team-building events!
