We will provide you with the equipment you need for the lesson, and then you can keep it for an extra hour to continue practising!
Our instructors and guides are prepared and highly trained to teach people of all ages, with or without experience, to gain confidence and experience in surfing.
Our goal is for you to enjoy yourself and to make unforgettable memories together. We want you to learn and to have fun at the same time, so don't worry about changing rooms, bathrooms, and cafes, because we have them all!
These sessions take place at either Praa Sands of Gwithian Beach, depending on the conditions. We will let you know in advance where to meet.

How long the activity lasts
You will have a 2 hour lesson, followed by an hour of free practice on a lifeguarded beach.
