The cardio, dashing, and running activities used in this sport help build healthy bones, as well as increase flexibility and performance that are beneficial to one's development!
We will have our experienced staff and coordinators assist and provide you with a safety briefing alongside the necessary equipment. Your safety will always be a priority to us!
Moreover, we can accommodate up to 18 players for this session (having a minimum of 10 can incur an extra fee). We also ask that you show up for your appointment 15 minutes early.
