Description of Blazer II

Welcome to Blazer II

Blazer II have been providing enjoyable deep sea fishing trips for over 35 years. We operate all year round, weather permitting

Our Location

We are based at Brighton Marina, and from here you will be able to explore the best ground and wreck sea fishing sites in the English Channel.

Our Vessel

Blazer II is a 38ft AQUASTAR, powered by twin 245hp engines and can reach speeds of up to 20 knots. She carries the latest DGPS for accurate anchoring and pin-point drifting, and she is maintained regularly to ensure her safety.

She can carry up to 12 anglers, and on board you will find her comfortable and with all of the necessities that you need, including an onbaord toilet.

Our Skipper

Bill Jonas is a very ex perienced and ´hands-on´skipper, who will work with the crew to ensure you have a fantastic experience on your trip.

Day Charter Trips

Our day charter trips start around 8am and last around 8 or 9 hours. We can also arrange longer trips which last for 10 to 12 hours, depending on the weather and tides. Tea and coffee are available all day and we have onboard toilet facilities. There is no limit to how much you can fish, whatever you catch, you can keep!

In November to January you will be able to go ground fishing for cod, dog fish, whiting etc, and the rest of the year you will be able to go ground fishing for cod, pollack, conger, bass, ling etc.

We accept individual and group bookings.

Other activities

As well as our day fishing trips Blazer II is also available for:
