We offer fishing charters on our boat, ´Famous´, the biggest charter vessel in Hartlepool.
Location
We are based at Hartlepool Marina, one of the most modern Marinas in Europe.
We can provide advice on what you can expect to catch in this area at different times of the year, and what is the best bait to use.
Our Boat
Famous offers a stable fishing platform and a large deck space. .She handles rough sea so well that she can often still go out when other vessels have to cancel. And if sea sickness is a problem for you, waves just pass under the hulls of Famous without causing the rolling motion that often lead to sea sickness on mono hull vessels.She cruises at 17 knots.
She is licensed and insured for 12 people, and carries on board all of the latest furuno fishfinders and navigational equipment.
We also now have another boat, Ali-Cat, who we will also be offering trips with.
Your Skipper
Dave Lumley has been a charter skipper since 1985, and holds the Royal Yachting Association Yacht master Offshore Commercial certificate.
