Welcome to the Suffolk Hang Gliding Club, our hang gliding club that has been up and running since 1979. We always welcome new & existing pilots to our club and we are one of the most active hang gliding clubs in the UK. Based at Mendlesham Airfield Suffolk, our club pilots make over 1300 launches throughout the year by winch towing, & many flights soaring the coastal cliffs.
Give us a shout and find out how easy it is to become a Hang glider pilot. After you are professionally training and qualified, we offer a fabulous location for you to continue flying. Enjoy great tips and coaching from our experienced coaches and enjoy flying across East Anglia, and we will always pick you up at the end!
