Our centre in Elsham is located on Moor Farm, which has over 200 acres of land. There is a lot to explore! We take maximum advantage of the surroundings to create a great gaming environment. Firstly, I expected someone to contact me about party invitations. This didn't happen - I sent our own out and then mentioned to the centre we hadn't recieved any and they just said they needed my address to send them. It would have been nice for them to contact me to ask where to send them.
We were told there would be a break during the party so the children could have a drink; there was not. My son says that some of the guns were faulty, wouldn't aim properly and were hard to reload.
Lastly, part of the reason I booked the party was the promise of a birthday cake. This never appeared. I mentioned this to the co-ordinator afterwards and just got a "sorry, it was because you changed the date". She did not offer any rembursement for this, and that just prompted me to write this bad review.
I feel the service has been very bad.
