Welcome to Huw Gilbert Mountaineering Hiking in Southern Snowdonia! A qualified mountaineering instructor, Huw holds the Mountaineering Instructor Certificate (MIC), and he is passionate about the great outdoors and he is able to train and lead hiking and mountaineering expeditions throughout the year, winter included!

Huw offers individual training as well as group instruction for all sorts of groups ranging from school and college excursions to Corporate events. Training is always geared towards each individual as we are well aware that every person learns and develops at their own rate while always stimulating teamwork and leadership skills.

Based in South Snowdonia, we offer stunning countryside for learning these skills in excellent terrain from a qualified mountaineering instructor.

Huw Gilbert is passionate about the outdoors and the mountains and he is more than qualified to lead, instruct and train.
