Welcome to Fly Sussex Paragliding!
Our exclusive training site and award-winning school in East Sussex are an excellent place to learn to paraglide. We have been operating for over 25 years, and we aim to make learning to paraglide fun, and of course as safe as possible.
We are open for paragliding 365 days per year, including bank holidays and weekends, weather permitting

We are based on the beautiful South Downs in East Sussex, just outside Brighton and Lewes close to London!
Our Instructors:
You will have a BHPA qualified instructor with you for all of your paragliding lessons. All of our instructors are enthusiastic, friendly and helpful, and our chief flying instructor has a career spanning over 25 years and has taught thousands of people to fly. Our team has taught several British Champions, and as well as the best training techniques we use only the best gliders and equipment.
Paragliding With Us!
Paragliding is an incredible experience, and you can fly for over 400km and to heights of over 15,000 feet. We aim to have you flying solo on your first day!
Our base is a private, secure and safe area, and gives spectacular views of the rolling South Downs National Park. A secure and private flying site means we don´t have to worry about sharing airspace with others, meaning every trainee can learn at a relaxed and safe pace.
