Welcome to Coldham Hall Sailing Club
We have been operating since 1951, and were formed by a group of local boat owners. We are a very friendly club and always welcome visitors. We are based on a picturesque stretch of river in Norfolk, which is a relaxing and tranquil area. We are next to Coldham Hall Tavern, and enjoy the facilities that this provides.
Early May sees the start of our sailing season with a Regatta, and then we race every Sunday throughout the summer until October. We also have social events such as our Picnic Races, BBQs, an Annual Dinner and a prize giving event at the end of the season.
As well as racing and social events, we also hold RYA sailing courses with a RYA qualified instructor. If you are a beginner our Introduction to Sailing is the course for you, with consisting of five introductory sessions, including both theory and practice. Instruction is available for most types of Sailing Dinghies, and our Club Wayfarer Dinghies are available for tuition sessions.
