Viking Mariners offers a wide range of sailing experiences to those who are looking for a fun day out on the water. We are situated at the HIstoric Ipswich Waterfront, on the picturesque River Orwell. If you would like to have a unique cruising experience, come enjoy sailing one of our luxury sailing yachts or powerboats along the east coast. You don't need to be a sailor yourself, our skipper will take care of everything.
We provide a wide range of sailing activities from afternoon sailings and sailing days to exclusive boat and yacht chartering for small celebrations with your friends or family to major corporate events. We can organise events for up to 100 people. In case you would like to combine sailing with a night stay, then choose one of our stay & sail packages and enjoy a great weekend.
Are you interested in learning to sail? At our RYA accredited sailing centre, it is also possible. The Viking Mariners Sea School offers RYA sailing courses, including theory courses and practical training, as well as mileage builder sailing trips.
