Welcome to Progress Surf - Gower and Swansea Surf School

We offer exciting and exhilarating surfing lessons in Swansea, South Wales. We run classes 7 days a week between March 1st to December 24th. We operate on Caswell and Llangennith beaches, giving us greater flexibility and meaning we can offer you the best beach for the weather conditions.

The facilites on or near both beaches includes:

• Toilets
• Shops
• A Cafe
• A Pub

Our team of instructors are all fully qualfied by the British Surfing Association, as well as being Qualified Surf Life Savers and/or Beach Lifeguards

Our lessons cater for all levels, from beginners through to more experienced surfers. We offer half and full days, and lessons will take you through all aspects of surfing, including safety, basic techniques and of course time in the water to practise your skills.

• Kids only classes
• Training sessions
• Surf clinic sessions
• 1-2-1 sessions

*Please note that the minimum age to surf with us is 8 years old, however for stronger children we can sometimes take them from age 6*
