Welcome to Fish & Duck Marina

We are located in a beautiful, rural setting on the junction of the River Cam, the Old West & the River Great Ouse. We are an ideal place to moor your narrowboat, barge or cruiser, and with quick and easy access to the Cambridgeshire Waterways, which offer over 200 miles of local cruising, we are also the ideal place to start your holiday. We are also just four miles south of the historic Fenland City of Ely, with beautiful panoramic views of Ely Cathedral, and 10 miles north of Cambridge.

We offer a range of services, including:

Riverbank and Pontoon Moorings

Our moorings are a combination of fixed riverside moorings, as well as brand new pontoons in the central marina basin. Our fixed riverside moorings are accessed from decking (Cam Bank) and the natural bank (Old West).

We also have visitor mooring spaces for overnight visitors, or those who simply would like to stop off for some refreshments and take in the view.

Day Boat Hire

Our classic Winner Cobra Day boatcan be hired for short trips. It has a Boat Safety Certificate can carries on board all of the necessary safety equipment including:

• Life jackets
• Emergency stop pull cord
• Buoyancy aid
• Fire extinguisher

You will also be given a brief induction and lesson on how to drive it, and then you are free to sail away, taking in the beautiful scenery around you.

Canadian Canoe Hire

As well as our day boat you can also hire one of our Canadian Canoes, and we supply paddles, life jackets and canoes for either half or full days.

Refreshments

We offer refreshments to both passing boat traffic and the general public. We stock a wide range of drinks including soft drinks, ales, lagers and wines.

We also have picnic tables with spectacular views up the Great Ouse to Ely Cathedral where you can sit and consume your own food.

Fishing

We have a number of dedicated swims for match and course fishing.

We offer a range of services, including Fishing. Our Basstender 11.3' fishing boat holds 2 people comfortably, has space for rods and bags, and the cost includes life jackets, insurance and fuel.

We have a number of dedicated swims for match and course fishing. Our Marina gives you Instant access on to the rivers where you can fish for carp, pike, zander, tench, roach, rudd, perch, bream and other silverfish.
