The Thames Sailing Barge Lady Daphne is one of the most famous wooden vessels that still sail in London. The 91 feet long vessel was built in 1923 and she was one of the many Thames sailing barges used for coastal trade. Nowadays there are less than 10 wooden barges left in Britain, that are allowed to carry passengers.
